How to Order
Online Shopping at Ka Nami Pasador has never been smoother! Reading this page will help make your shopping experience fun and easy.
How do I choose designs/variants?
Go here to view our product categories. Upon selecting the type of pad you want, you can choose variants by using the design drop-down menu, beside the quantity selector.
How do I get discounts from bundles?
You can check what discounts you can get here. Note that that link is only for viewing the bundles' prices. You will still need to cart the pasadors you want to purchase. Discounts are automatically applied after you add your items to your cart.
How do I check out?
You can check out from any product page. You can also click the cart icon on the upper right corner of the page. This will redirect to Your Shopping Cart page. Click the Check Out button to continue.
How do I finalize my order?
Input shipping details, payment method, and click complete order. After this, wait for our email or text confirmation before submitting payment. You will receive it within 24-48 hours.
You will need to cancel and repeat your order if you change your mind about any of the items after check out. Make sure to double check if the discounts applied (it may fail sometimes due to internet connection, need for device's system updates, etc.)
How do I submit my proof of payment?
You can submit proof of payment via email, Instagram or Facebook only. Available modes of payment can be checked here. Details are only available upon check out, and can also be viewed anytime at the order page. You can access the order page from the order confirmation email.
When do I get my order?
We only ship out orders with verified payments, 2-3 times a week. Packages usually arrive 2-3 days after shipping out, but due to the quarantines, please expect delays of up to 1-2 weeks. You can read more about shipping here.
