What couriers do you partner with?
We usually ship via JRS Express using their door-to-door delivery service. If your area is not covered by their service, you can opt to pick it up at their nearest branch or have it delivered by LBC Express instead. You can check the JRS Express delivery scope here.
What do you use for packaging?
Ka Nami Pasador is an advocacy enterprise that practices zero-waste packaging as much as possible, including paper bags, cotton strings and masking tape. However, our couriers use plastic for their deliveries. Rest assured that we are working with the best possible options to make our services plastic-free in the near future.

How do I avail of free shipping?
We only offer free shipping for bundle (wholesale) purchases. You can view available bundles here.
If you live in or near Bacolod City, you can also pick up and pay for your order in person. Details will be provided after check out.
What is your ship out schedule?
We ship out orders 1-2 times a week, since our operations are located at a rural area with considerable distance from the city proper. This is why we advise customers to verify their payments as soon as possible so that their orders can be included in the closest shipping batch.
Where is my order?
Orders usually arrive 2-3 days after ship out. But due to the quarantine measures taken for the pandemic, please expect possible delays of 1-2 weeks.
We only fulfill orders for clients who have submitted proof of payment. If we have already shipped out your order, you can view the tracking number in the order page, which can be accessed via the order confirmation email in your inbox. If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please contact us so we can resend the email.
